I live in email, use it like a messenger. So, if my responses are short, it’s not rudeness; it’s efficiency.
I reply to most emails.
I don’t respond to calls or texts.
LinkedIn DMs are considered spam. I rarely respond.

No agenda, no meeting. I don’t do calls to “just chat.”
If I suggest handling it over email instead, it’s because I respect both our time. Don’t take offense if I decline a meeting outright.
Scheduling: I handle my own calendar, but I’m terrible at it. If we don’t set up a calendar invite, assume I’ll probably forget.
I’m a founder first and a rare investor second. My investments are nearly always with friends, and my sweet spots are FinTech and PropTech. I’m not your investor if your sector is crypto, hard sciences, chips, or bio. If I can’t help you in your journey, I won’t waste either of our time.
As an entrepreneur I pitched hundreds of investors. Much of that time is wasted. The goal is to not repeat that.
My favorite founders are those who love critique and are always trying to make their product better. My least favorite take it personally.
I try to suck a little less every day.
If I come off arrogant or can improve in any way please let me know. Always working on myself.
